Biography
Mukhamedgaliyev Yerlan Maratovich was born on 2 September 1990 in Tastyozek Village, Karabalyk District, Kostanay Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds a specialized secondary education. In 2012, he graduated from the College of A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University with a qualification in Technical Maintenance, Repair and Operation of Motor Vehicles.
He is married and has two children.
