Biography
He was born in 1978, graduated Military Institute of the Border Guard Service.
1999–2019 – Officer of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.
2019–2024 – Head of the Internal e-Government Projects Division, Department for the Development of e-Government and Public Services, Head of the Internal e-Government Projects Division, Head of the e-Government Development Division, Committee of StateServices, Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2024–Present – Deputy Chairman of the Committee of State Services, Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
