Born in 1970 in Pavlodar, graduated from the Almaty Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry, the Republican Intersectoral Institute for Accounting Personnel Training.
1991-2003 - accountant in organizations of the real sector of the economy
2003-2005 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2005 - 2014 - chief specialist, head of department, head of the department of accounting methodology (real sector, government agencies) of the Department of accounting methodology and financial reporting, audit activities of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2015 - 2025- Head of Department, Deputy Director of the Budget Legislation Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Since 2025 - Deputy Director of the Department of Accounting Methodology, Audit and Evaluation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
