Born in 1983 in the Abai region, graduated from the Kazakhstan Higher Engineering and Economics University, the Kazakh National Agrarian University.
2005 - Acting Lead Specialist-Lead Treasurer of the Department for Accounting Claims and Obligations of the Office of Financial Services of Public Debt of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2008-2012 - expert, chief expert, head of the Budget Lending Department of the Department of State Borrowing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2013-2025 - Deputy Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and interaction on financial sector issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Since 2025 - Deputy Director of the Department of Accounting Methodology, Audit and Evaluation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
