I, Yerkebulan Chakpakuly Chetykov, was born on May 10, 1981, in the village of Przhevalsk (Sarterek), Zaisan District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 1987, I started school in Sarterek village and graduated in 1998. That same year, I entered D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University in Ust-Kamenogorsk, majoring in Construction Road Machinery and Equipment. I received the qualification of Mechanical Engineer. In 2017, I graduated from Shakarim State University in Semey with a degree in 5B073100 – Environmental Protection and Life Safety (Technology and Engineering).

From 2003 to 2006, I worked as a mechanic at the “Kamkor” small enterprise in Sarterek village, Zaisan District. I voluntarily resigned and started working as a second-grade worker in my specialty at “Zaisan Construction Company” LLP in Zaisan city the same year. From 2006 to 2021, I served in Fire Department No. 25(43) of the Zaisan District, where I held the position of deputy chief for many years. I retired with honors due to health reasons. In 2022, I worked as the Head of the Emergency Rescue Service at KazZinc LLP at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Zinc Plant. Since 2023, I have been working as Deputy Director for Administrative Affairs at the “Zaisan District Center for the Development of Mass Sports” under the Zaisan District Akimat.

Family status: In 2002, I married Zukhra Zeynoldakyzy Chetykova (Smagulova). We are raising two sons and two daughters together.
