Biography
Kulmuratov Bekzhan Bekzatovich was born in 1994 in the Kyzylzharma rural district of the city of Kyzylorda.
In 2015, he graduated from the Akmeshit Humanitarian-Technical Institute with a degree in "Computer Engineering and Software."
He began his professional career in 2016 at Technology AlemOil LLP as a driller;
In 2016–2022 – methodologist of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City;
In 2022–2025 – chief specialist of the Department of E-Akimat Development and State Services Monitoring of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City;
On June 17, 2025, by order of the Akim of the city, he was appointed to the Department of Digital Akimat Development and State Services Monitoring of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City.
