Karataev Abzal Bakitovich

Born on 31 January 1976 in the village of Jaxybai,Zhanibek district of West Kazakhstan region.Nationality-Kazakh.Education-higher. In 1994-1999, he studied at the West Kazakhstan Agricultural and Technical University. Zhangir Khan majored in Veterinary medicine. In 2017-2019, he studied in Uralsk at the Eurasia Institute, majoring in local government.
