    Biography

    Altynbek Yernazarovich Kazipanov was born in 1992 in Atyrau region.

    2011 - 2015 graduated from Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov with a degree in Computer Science.

    He started his career in 2016 - 2019 as a senior expert at the KSU "Situation Center" of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region.


    From 2019 to 2020, Head of the Department of Geoinformation systems of the KSU "Situation Center" of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region;


    From 2020 to 2022, Deputy Director of the KSU "Situation Center"office of the Akim of Atyrau region";

    Since June 1, 2022, he has been the head of the KSU "Atyrau Region Digitalization Center for the Department of Digitalization and Archives of the Atyrau Region"
