Born in 1989 in the West Kazakhstan region.
In 2012, she graduated from the State State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Russian Customs Academy" with a degree in Jurisprudence.
2012-2014 - held various positions in the Legal Support Department of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014 - 2017 - held various positions in the Subdepartment of Legal Expertise of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2017 - 2018 - Head of the Subdepartment of Legal Expertise of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
