Biography
Born in 1987 in Talas district of Zhambyl region. Kazakh by nationality, higher education. In 2008, he graduated from the K.A.Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University with a degree in Public Administration, and in 2020 he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in Forest Resources and Forestry.
He started his career in 2008-2013 as the chief specialist of the office of the akim of the Oyik rural district of the Talas district. In 2013-2021, he served as akim of the Oyik rural district of the Talas district, and from August to October 2021, he worked as chief inspector of the organizational and inspection unit of the Talas district akim's office. From October 2021 to the present, he has been working as deputy akim of the Talas district.
On 04/11/2025, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
