Biography
In 2008 he graduated from Secondary School No. in Semey, in September 2008 he entered the correspondence department in the specialty of jurisprudence, in June 2013 he graduated from KazGUIU in Semey in the specialty of jurisprudence and received the qualification of "Bachelor of Laws".
