Bekmatov Daniyar Sabitovich was born on October 15, 1986 in Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan region. Higher education, in 2006 he graduated with honors from the Petropavlovsk College of Humanities and Technology with a degree in Tax Law, in 2013 he graduated from the Kokshe Academy with a degree in Finance.
He began his career as a leading specialist of the Tax Committee for the Timiryazevsky district of North Kazakhstan region in 2006.
He held the positions of a leading, chief specialist, head of department in the Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region, Deputy head of the Department of State Revenue for the Akzhar district of the Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region.
From August 2023 to the present, he has been the head of the State Revenue Department for the Zhambyl district of the State Revenue Department for the North Kazakhstan region.
