Born on June 11, 1980 in Bogatyr village, Uspensky district, Pavlodar region
He graduated from Pavlodar University (2003), Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute (2006) and S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University (2016), having received education in the fields of "Cars and automotive industry", "physical culture and sports" and "political science".
