Education: Higher education, graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management in 1998 with a degree in economics, graduated from Turan University in 2015 with a degree in law.
Career
The length of service in the state revenue authorities is 24 years, and the length of service in senior positions is more than 15 years. He started his career in 2000 as a tax inspector of the Indirect Taxes Department of the Tax Committee for the Talgar district of the Almaty region.
From 2000 to 2005, he worked in various positions of the Tax Committee for the Talgar district of the Almaty region. In the period from 2005 to 2008, he worked in the Department of State Revenue in Almaty as an inspector, from 2008 to 2021 as a senior staff, from 2021 to 2024 he worked in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as head of the Tax Audit Department, then Director of the Tax Administration Department.
On October 09, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of State Revenue for the city of Almaty.
