Biography
Miras Mereevich Khamzin was born on October 30, 1990 in Aktobe, Aktobe region. Higher education. In 2019, he graduated from Kainar University with a degree in Law.
From September 2008 to July 2010, he was a cadet at the Pavlodar Law College of the KUIS of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2010 to August 2010, he was an operative specialist in the operational department of the KA-168/1 institution of the Department of the Penal Correction System in the Aktobe region.
From August 2010 to January 2012, he was a specialist inspector at the Department of Regime and Security of the KA-168/1 facility of the Department of the Penitentiary System in the Aktobe region.
From January 2012 to September 2012, he was an operative of the operational department of the KA-168/1 institution of the Department of the Penal Correction System in the Aktobe region.
From September 2012 to December 2013, he was an operative of the security group of the KA-168/4 institution of the Department of the Penitentiary Service in the Aktobe region.
From December 2013 to July 2019, he was an operative at the security department of the KA-168/3 institution of the Department of Penal Correction in the Aktobe region.
From July 2019 to June 2021, he was a senior operative of the Department of Regime, Security and Supervision of the Department of Penal Correction in the Aktobe region.
From June 2021 to September 2022, he was the Head of the Department of Regime and Security of the KA-168/1 facility of the Department of the Penitentiary System for the Aktobe region.
From September 2022 to December 2022, he was the Head of the Department of Regime and Security of Institution No. 70 of the Department of Penal Correction in the Aktobe region in connection with organizational changes.
From December 2022 to September 2024, he was Deputy Head of Operational Work, Regime and Security at Institution No. 70 of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Aktobe region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 2024 to the present, he has been the Head of the pre-trial detention facility "Institution № 70" of the Department of the Penitentiary Service for the Aktobe region.
