Biography
Alpysbayev Kanat Kuandykovich was born on July 11, 1975 in Mugalzhar district of Aktobe region. Higher education. In 2007, Aktobe State University named after K.Zhubanov graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree .
From June 1994 to November 1995 - Deputy Platoon Commander.
From May 1998 to April 1999, he was the supervisor of the Department of regime and security of the institution KA-168/1 of the Criminal Code of the Criminal Code for the Aktobe region.
