Kabdybek Sanzhar Kabdybekovich, was born on February 02, 1994 in the region.Zhetisu, Eskeldinsky district, village ofKarabulak. He started his career in 2017 in the construction department of the Eskeldinsky district.
From 2017 to 2018, he worked in the construction department of the Eskeldinsky district.;
From 2019 to 2023, he worked at the State Institution "Construction Management of the Almaty region";
