Biography
Avakriev Bakhodir Telmanovich was born on 03/22/1976 in the village of Shonzhi, Uyghur district, Almaty region. In 1993, he graduated from Shonzhi Secondary School No. 4, and in 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh state Academy of management with a degree in economics. In 1998, he was hired by the Uyghur District branch of KAZAGROPROMBANK JSC. In 1999, he moved to the position of Chief Specialist of the Uyghur District Treasury Department. In 2007, I was hired as the chief accountant in the Office of the Akim of Uyghur district, and in 2010 I was appointed to the post of deputy head of the Department of the treasury of Uyghur district. Since December 2024, he has been appointed head of the Department of Housing and communal services and housing inspection of the Uyghur district. He is married and has four children.
