Chairman of the Committee on Regulation, Protection and Use of Water Resources of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
Born in 1983 in Kyzylorda region.
Graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in hydraulic engineering.
Under the Bolashak program, he graduated from the Institute of Land Reclamation, Water Management and Construction as part of the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. A. Timiryazev with a master's degree in environmental management and water use.
He began his career in 2006 as a leading specialist in land reclamation in the Crop Production Development Department of the Department of Agriculture of the Kyzylorda Region.
Since 2010, he worked as an engineer in the Water Use Department of the Kyzylorda Su Sharuashylygy Institution in Kyzylorda.
Since December 2011, he worked as a leading specialist in the Agriculture Development Department of the Kyzylorda Region Department of Agriculture.
In 2012, he was a chief specialist, in 2013 - the head of the department, and since 2018 - deputy head of the department.
In 2020, he was appointed head of the Kyzylorda Region Department of Agriculture.
Since September 2020, he has been appointed head of the Aral-Syrdarya Basin Inspectorate for Regulation of Use and Protection of Water Resources of the Water Resources Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources.
In 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Water Resources Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
From December 2023 to the present day, he worked as the coordinator of the management group of the second phase of the project "Improvement of irrigation and drainage systems" of the Water Management Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
