Nurlanov Aydin Mukatayovich, born May 12, 1970 in the village of Kainar, Abay district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1987-1988 he studied at vocational school No. 8 in Semipalatinsk, specializing in turner. From 1988 to 1990, he served in the armed forces of the Soviet Army. He served in Germany.
