Education:

Graduated from the Legal College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shymkent in 2003, majoring in Jurisprudence.
Graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University in 2006, majoring in Jurisprudence.

From 2003 to 2007, served as an Inspector of the Separate Patrol Police Battalion of the Turkestan Region.
From 2008 to 2016, held various positions ranging from Platoon Commander to Head of a Department within the Organized Crime Control Unit (UBOP).
From 2016 to 2019, held senior management positions in the Police Department of Shymkent.
In 2020, was appointed Deputy Head of the Drug Crime Counteraction Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and from 2021 to 2022 served as the Head of the Department.
From 2022 to 2023, served as Deputy Head of the Police Department of the Pavlodar Region.
From 2023 to 2024, served as Deputy Head of the Logistics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2024 to 2026, served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2026, has been serving as Chief of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System for the East Kazakhstan Region.
