Professional Experience
2008: Started career as an engineer at the City Telecommunications Center "AstanaTelecom" – a branch of "Kazakhtelecom" JSC. Later held positions as the Head of the Help Desk Section and subsequently the Head of the Digital Line Maintenance Shop at the Local Network Technical Support Center.
2010-2018: Held managerial positions at the Kostanay Regional Telecommunications Directorate – a branch of "Kazakhtelecom" JSC. Positions included Head of Telecommunications Network Operations, Head of Service, Deputy Technical Director for Network Development, and Deputy General Director – Technical Director.
2018-2020: 2020: Served as Head of Network Operations and Development Service at the Central Regional Telecommunications Directorate, a branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
2020-2023: Held leadership roles in the Retail Business Division, a branch of “Kazakhtelecom” JSC. Worked as Commercial Director of the B2C segment in the Central Region, then as Director of the Installation Works Department, and also as Director of Network Development and Support.
2023-2024: Served as the General Director of the Project Management Directorate at the branch of “Kazakhtelecom” JSC.
Since November 2024: Chairman of the Telecommunications Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
