Bekenova Sholpan Akhmedzhanovna

Sholpan Akhmedzhanovna Bekenova was born in 1977 in the North Kazakhstan region. She graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and Kazakh Humanities and Law University.

She began her career in 1999 at LLP “Karaotkel-AE,” Akmola region;

Chief Specialist, Expert, Senior Expert at the Department of Registration of Real Estate Rights and Transactions, Registration Service Committee, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2003-2013);

Manager, Senior Manager of the Human Resources Management Sector, Department of Human Resources and Compensations, JSC “KazMunayGas Exploration Production” (2013-2014);

Senior Specialist at the Department of Real Estate Valuation, Mortgage registration and Monitoring of Public Services at Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “Real Estate Center” of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015-2016);

Senior Specialist in the Department of Monitoring and Methodology of Public Service Provision of the Executive Office of the Management Board of the Non-Profit Joint Stock Company “Government for Citizens” (2016);

Head of the Monitoring and Internal Analysis Department of the Registration Service and Legal Services Organization, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2016-2018);

Deputy Director of the Department of Registration Service and Legal Services Organization, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2018-2024);

Since October 2024, she has served as Deputy Chairman of the Registration Service and Legal Services Organization Committee, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
