Biography
Born in 1993, in the Almaty region. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi, Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade, as well as an MBA from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law (business administration).
2014 - 2016 - specialist of the second category of Engineering and Technical Center JSC of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2017 - 2019 - Expert of the Department of the Budget of the Social Sphere of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2019 - 2020 - Chief Expert of the Department of Budget of Industry, Transport and Communications of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2020 - 2021 - Head of the Department of the Budget of Industry, Transport and Communications of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2021 - 2024 - Head of the Department of Budget of Law Enforcement, Special Bodies and Defense of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From April 2024 to present - Deputy Director of the Department of Budget of Law Enforcement, Special Bodies and Defense of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
