Ershayev Ruslan Waitachunovich

Ershayev Ruslan Waitakhunovich was born on Japan-Otes station in Mangistau region in 06.05.1979. In 2000 he graduated from the Institute of Law and International Relations in Almaty with a degree in law.

He worked as a bailiff in 2002 as a bailiff for the administrator of Mangistau regional courts.

On March 21, 2003 he served as a lawyer to the limited partnership "SMP-9" in Mangistau village

In 04.04.2005 he worked as a lawyer to the military unit №51809 in Aktau.

In 08.10.2007 he was appointed a leading specialist in the legal department of the public office "Akim's office of Munaily district".

In 09.11.2009 he was transferred to the position of chief specialist of the legal department of the state institution "Akim's office of Munaily district".

In 26.01.2010 he was appointed head of the legal department of the state institution "Akim's office of Munaily district" in 26.01.2010.

In 20.09.2010 he was appointed chief specialist of the legal department of the state institution "Akim's office of Munaily district."

In 08.11.2010, he was appointed chief specialist (lawyer) of the department of organization of the state institution "Akim's office of Munaily district" in 08.11.2010.

In February 25, 2011 he worked as a chief specialist in the organizational control department of the state institution "Akim's office of Aktau Akim".

In 22.11.2011 he was appointed head of the public institution "Aktau city housing inspection".
