Biography
Balbai Salymzhan Malikuly was born on February 20, 1993 in Aktau, Mangistau Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. Highly educated, graduated from Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems in 2018, majoring in State and Local Government
He started his career in 2012 as a driver at the state utility company "Mangistau Zhylu".
In 2013-2023, he worked as a statistician, chief specialist in the state institution "Oil District Housing and Communal Economy Department of Passenger Transport and Highways".
From January 1, 2024, he was appointed to the position of deputy akim of Bayandy village.
