Izbasar Sagyngalievich Gabidullin -born in 1995, higher education, in 2016-graduated from the West Kazakhstan agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan with a degree in Cadastre.

2017-2018 - Engineer-surveyor of UniServ limited liability company, West Kazakhstan region;
2018-2019 - Chief Specialist of the Department of land relations of the Baiterek District of the West Kazakhstan region;
2021-2022-Chief Specialist of the Department of land relations of the Burlinsky District of the West Kazakhstan region;
2022-2023 - Chief Inspector of the Office of the Akim of Burlinsky District of the West Kazakhstan region;
Since November 16, 2023, head of the Department of land relations of the Burlinsky District of the West Kazakhstan region.
