Biography
Born on June 19, 1988 in Zhanaarka district of Ulytau region. Holds a higher education degree. Graduated from Karaganda Buketov University. Furthered his studies through the “Bolashak” international scholarship program in Switzerland (Master's degree) on specialty “Management in the sphere of tourism and business”.
Since 2010 in public service. From 2010 - 2014 years Expert of the Department of Labor and Living Standards Statistics of the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 - 2019 Chief expert of the Department of Labor and Living Standards Statistics of the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 - 2020 Chief Expert of the Department of Promotion, Advertising and Marketing of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 2021, appointed Head of Investment Attraction and Promotion Department of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
