Biography
Born on May 16, 1993 in Zhanaarka district of Ulytau region.
Holds a higher education degree. Graduated from L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in Tourism, and from Turan-Astana University with a degree in Economics.
Since 2017, engaged in civil service. Worked as an Expert of the Tourism Industry Department of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan; served as an Expert, Chief expert, and Head of department in the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2024-2025 - Head of the Internal Analysis Department of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
From February 2025 to July 2025, Head of the Department for the Implementation of Systemic Measures in the Field of Tourism of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Since July 2025 to July 2026, Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
