Biography
Rakhmatullina Sholpan Sadykova was born on June 1, 1971 in the village of Nevskoye, Enbekshildersky district, Akmola region. Education – higher, graduated in 1989 The Chelyabinsk legal technical school, in 2002 Kokshetau University, qualification in law.
She started her career in 1989 as a specialist in the Oktyabrsky district Department of social security in Omsk. From 1992 to 1997, she worked as a senior inspector of the shchuchinsky city Department of social security. Since 1998 until 2001, she worked as a chief specialist of the Tselinograd regional Department of social protection. Career in management of coordination of employment and social programs of Akmola region began in 2001, the chief specialist of Department of organizational personnel and legal work, since 2013 Deputy head of Department of coordination of employment and social programs of Akmola region.
