Biography
Smailov Asylan Serikovich, was born on April 1, 1988 in the village of Zharsu, Zaisan district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1994, he was admitted to the 1st class of Zharsu Secondary School.In 2005, she graduated from this school and entered the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev, majoring in Computer engineering and Software. In 2009, he graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University, in 2010 he entered the Finance Department of the Kazakhstan-American Free University, in 2012 he received a degree in finance. Married, father of one child.
In 2009, she worked as a computer science teacher at Zharsu Secondary School. In 2011, he moved to the Zaisan district Department of Education as a methodologist. In 2015, the chief specialist of the general department of the office of the akim of the Zaisan district was appointed. From 26.03.2020 to 01.04.2021, he worked as the head of the state assets and Procurement sector of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Zaisan district. Since 05.04.2021, Akim of the Kensai rural district.
