Biography
Kulan Nursultan Yermekuly was born in 1995 in the Almaty Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2015, he graduated from Almaty Industrial College, and in 2021, from Kainar Academy University.
He began his professional career in 2015 as an intern under the Youth Practice Program in Ili District.
From 2015 to 2021, he worked at the Akimat of Ili District, Almaty Region, where he held the positions of Accountant, Leading Specialist, and Chief Specialist.
From 2022 to 2024, he served as Head of the Project and Cost Estimation Department of the Construction Department of the Abai Region.
From 2024 to 2025, he served as Head of the Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport and Highways Department of Zhanasemey District, as well as Head of the Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning Department of Zhanasemey District.
From 2025 to 2026, he served as Head of the Drinking Water Supply Department of Alatau Public Utilities LLP, under the State Institution Department of Energy and Water Supply of Almaty Region.
From March to June 2026, he served as Adviser to the Akim of Alatau City.
Since July 1, 2026, he has been serving as Head of the Department of Economy and Finance of Alatau City.
