Biography
Gulzhan Mustapaevna Suimbaeva was born in 1982 in the Zhambyl region. She graduated from the Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University (Standardization and Certification); Kokshe Academy (Jurisprudence); and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Regional Development).
She began her career in 2005 as a specialist in the Quality Management System Department at Panpharma LLP, where she worked until 2008.
2008–2013: Quality Management System Specialist at Almaty Expertise LLP; Quality Management System Specialist at the Almaty Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
2013–2016: Senior Manager of the Corporate Development and Quality Management System Department at “Tau-Ken Samruk” National Mining Company JSC.
2016–2019: Expert at the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019–2026: Expert and Chief Expert at the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In September 2026, she was appointed Head of the Conformity Assessment and Accreditation Division of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
