Shorayakov Erlan Telmanovich

He was born on November 7, 1963 in the village of Kuygan, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. He has a higher education. In 1986, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk zootechnical and veterinary Institute with the qualification of a zooengineer. in 2006, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and statistics with the qualification of bachelor of Finance.
