    Biography

    Turlybaev Zhainar Medetovich was born on January 11, 1984. In 2005 he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in international economic relations.

    From 2010 to 2023, he worked in executive and managerial positions in the ONB.

    Since 2023, he has been the head of the department for the work of members of the Anti-Terrorist Commission of the Internal Affairs Bodies of Almaty.
