Biography
Batpanaev Almat Sagyndukovich, born January 05, 1977, place of birth - the village of Auelikol, Auelikol district, Kustanai region.
In 1996, he graduated from the Kostanay secondary special school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in law enforcement, qualification as a lawyer.
In 2003, he graduated from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in jurisprudence and a qualification as a lawyer.
From August 23, 1994 to May 18, 2018, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Kostanay region.
From September 23, 2018 to November 7, 2019, he worked as an acting leading specialist, leading specialist of the migration service group of the Denisovsky District OP.
From 11/08/2019 to 11/01/2020 - head of the agricultural sector of the State Institution “Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Akimat of the city of Lisakovsk.”
