Biography
Born on December 3, 1980.
Rauan Tleulin holds master’s degrees in Politics and International Economics.
Mr. Tleulin began his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2004, initially serving as a Specialist in the Department of Consular Service and the Third Secretary in the State Protocol Department.
He has since advanced through various roles, including Senior Expert, Head of Division, and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Prime Minister.
As Minister-Counselor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the United States, Mr. Tleulin focused on enhancing trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and the U.S.
He holds the diplomatic rank of First-Class Counselor. Mr. Tleulin is married and has two daughters.
