Biography
Aybergenov Kanatzhan Imangalievich was born on February 3, 1973 in the city of Atyrau. With higher education. In 1995 he graduated from the Kazakh State Architectural and Construction Academy with a degree in civil engineer.
He began his career on 25.08.1999 as an engineer in the production and technical department of JSC Intergazstroy, Aksai, WKO.

08.04.2013-10.02.2015 - Head of the Department of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control and Licensing in the West Kazakhstan region of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
