Omargazin Samat Kudaibergenovich
Born on February 17, 1974 in the village of Aigyz, Ayagoz district, East Kazakhstan region.
Has two higher and postgraduate educations: Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim with a degree in Finance and Credit,
Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal University, majoring in “Jurisprudence”,
Master's degree at East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, specialty "Economics and Business" - master's degree and scientific and pedagogical master's degree at Shakarim State University, Semey.
