Sabigat Yerlan Aldazharuli

Captain 3rd Rank Erlan Aldazharuly Sabigat was born on September 29,
1989, in Almaty. He graduated from the Almaty College of Market
Management in 2008 and received military education from the
Azerbaijan Higher Naval School in Baku in 2012.
