Biography
Aslan Begalievich Bigaliev was born on March 1, 1988 in the village of Saykuduk, Akzhaik district.
Higher education. In 2010, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named afterZhangir Khan majored in Veterinary Sanitation and in 2013 the West Kazakhstan University of Engineering and Humanities majored in Finance.
In 2010, he began working as a young specialist in the district veterinary department under the Youth Practice program.
2011-2018 - specialist of the district employment center.
2018-2020 - Head of the sector of the district employment center.
2020-2023 - Akim of Zhanabulak rural district of Akzhaiksky district of West Kazakhstan region.
2023-2024 - Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Akzhaiksky district of the West Kazakhstan region.
Since June 10, 2024 - Head of the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region
