Head of the Department for Analysis of the Socio-Political Situation at the Department of Internal Policy of the Abai Region
Biography
Ali Berikovich Nurgaliev was born in 1991 in the Kokpektinsky District. In 2012, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in History. In 2014, he obtained a Master's degree in Humanities from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
Over the years, he served as Chief Specialist of the Akim’s Office of the Aynabulak and Ozer Rural Districts, Chief Specialist and Deputy Head of the Internal Policy Department of the city of Semey, and Head of the Public Reception Office of the Amanat Party branch in the Abai Region.
Since February 2023, he has been the Head of the Department for Analysis of the Socio-Political Situation at the Department of Internal Policy of the Abai Region.
