Samatov Jaslan Bahitkireevich

Samatov Zhaslan Bakhitkereevich – born in 1982. Higher education. He graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University named after Zhangir Khan and the West Kazakhstan State University named after Makhambet Utemisov with a degree in Bachelor of Agroecology, Bachelor of Law.

He began his career in 2005 as a leading specialist in the land relations department of the city of Uralsk.

Over the years he worked:
- military service of the Republic of Kazakhstan - commander of an air assault platoon, air assault company, air assault battalion on the BTR-80 military unit 18404;
- Deputy commander of the reconnaissance company for the VSPR mobilization training of military unit 18404 in the city of Atyrau;
- Chief of Staff of the Territorial Defense Battalion under the Department of Mobilization Preparation, Civil Protection, Accident Prevention and Disaster Elimination of the West Kazakhstan Region;
- instructor at KSB Group LLP;
- Chief Inspector of the Territorial Defense Department of the KSU "Mobilization Training and Territorial Defense Management Service";
-Head of the headquarters department of mobilization and territorial defense of military unit 99250;
-Head of the territorial defense department of the KSU "Management Service for Mobilization Preparation, Territorial Defense and Civil Protection."

Since May 2, 2024, he has been the head of the mobilization training department of the Office of Mobilization Training and Civil Defense of the West Kazakhstan Region.
