Biography
Kairullayev Aydyn Bukenbayevich was born in 1981 in Kyzylorda Region.
In 2002, he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in "Journalism";
In 2008, with a degree in "Jurisprudence".
He began his professional career in 2001 as an editor of the Kyzylorda Regional Television and Radio Company.
In 2002–2008 – leading specialist of the regional Department of Culture, leading specialist of the Department of Information for Kyzylorda Region of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chief specialist of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, press secretary, assistant to the Akim of the region.
In 2008–2018 – deputy head of the regional Department of Internal Policy, head of the city Department of Internal Policy, head of the city Department of Culture and Language Development, deputy Akim of the city, head of the regional Department of Internal Policy.
In 2018–2024 – director, deputy of the branch of JSC "State Corporation 'Government for Citizens'" for Kyzylorda Region.
In 2024–2025 – head of KSU "Kyzylorda City Department of Public Development" of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City.
On September 12, 2025, by order of the Akim of the city, he was appointed head of KSU "Kyzylorda City Department of Culture and Language Development" of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City.
