Biography
Abuov Bakbergen Talgatovich was born in 1984 in the West Kazakhstan region. Higher education. He graduated from the M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in History and Geography and the Ural Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 2006 to employees of the Department of Internal Affairs for Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Uralsk.
In different years: chief specialist and head of the Department of Youth Policy of the West Kazakhstan region, Chief inspector of the Department of organizational and control work of the office of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region.
From 2022 to the present day, he has held the position of deputy akim of the Akzhaik district.
