Biography
Born in 1987, in the Zhambyl region. Graduated from Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, Aberdeen University.
2011 - 2014 - worked in the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (expert, chief expert of the SubDepartment of International Taxation)
2014-2020 - State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (chief expert, deputy head of the Non-Resident Taxation Department)
2020- 2021 - Head of the Subdepartment of Legal Expertise of the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2021 - 2022 - Deputy Director of the Department of Social and Administrative Reforms of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan Strategic Planning and Reforms,
Since July 2022 - Deputy Director of the Department of Tax and Customs Legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
