Khayrov Meiram Izgilikovich

Zhalgas Ahatuly Gumarov was born in 1982, in the village of Araltobe, Syrym district, West Kazakhstan region.

Higher education, in 2006 he graduated from the Kazakh national agrarian University (Almaty), in 2010-the Russian state Institute of intellectual property (Moscow), Karaganda University of Economics, in 2018-the Kazakhstan University of innovation and telecommunications systems (Uralsk).

He started his career in 2007-2010 as a senior expert of the National Institute of intellectual property Of the Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;

For 2011-2013 in the private sector;

In 2014, chief specialist of the Department of agriculture of the city of Uralsk;

2014-2016 chief inspector of the office of the mayor of Uralsk;

In 2016-2019, he worked as an adviser to the mayor of Uralsk.

Prior to his appointment, he worked as the head of the Ural city Department of agriculture.
