Alzhanova Zhanargul
Deputy Chairman of the Civil Society Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
She graduated from S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University and the Eurasian Innovation University.
She was awarded the Certificate of Honour («Құрмет грамотасы») and the commemorative medals «30 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan», «20 Years of Astana» and «25 Years of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan».
She began her career in 1993 as a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature at Irtysh Secondary School No. 2 in Pavlodar Region.
She has been in public service since June 1995. She held various positions in the Office of the Akim of Ilchevsky District of Pavlodar, the Office of the Akim of Pavlodar Region and the Committee for the Protection of Children’s Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2016, she served as Chief Expert of the Analysis and Strategic Planning Department of the Civil Society Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 2019, she served as Head of the Department for Cooperation with Civil Society Institutions of the Civil Society Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since April 2024, she has served as Deputy Chair of the Civil Society Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
