Biography
Akylbekov Akylzhan Akikatuly was born on September 26, 1981 in the Aksuat district of the Semipalatinsk region. He graduated from the Military Institute of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in "Management of the service and combat activities of units" and the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He began his career from 2002 to 2019, he worked in the military units of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a platoon commander, company commander, battalion, regiment. From 20 19 to 2023 he worked as an instructor in the Anti-Crisis Training Center of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023 to 2024, the chief inspector for mobilization training of the apparatus of the akim of the Abai region.
