Biography
Gulim Turgangazievna Abseitova was born on October 21, 1979 in the village of Konyr in the Eskeldinsky district of the Zhetysu region. In 1985-1995 she graduated from V. Ilyich Secondary School in the village of Konyr. 1996-1999 Taldykorgan Law College. 2001-2004 D. Kunaev University with a degree in law.
Labor activity 1996-2003 Archivist of the 1st category in the Taldykorgan Regional State Archive, 2003-2007. Archivist of the 1st category in the Taldykorgan branch of the staff of the state institution "State Archive of Almaty region", 2007-2015. Chief Specialist of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Almaty region, 03.08.2015-22.12.2017 Head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Almaty region, 22.12.2017-01.01.2022 Deputy Head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Almaty region, 01.01.2022-24.09.2022 She worked as the head of the department in the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Almaty region. Since September 25, 2022, according to the results of the competition, she has been appointed head of the Department for Archives and Documentation Control of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Zhetisu region and currently works in this position.
